Liberty Boxes are the gift idea that makes your life easier: perfect as birthday, anniversary and graduation presents, they are also a great idea for sharing the gift with your partner.
But you can also buy them for yourself, because they are definitely the best and most comfortable way to spend a wonderful stay with us at an affordable price.
Useful information
Validity
The Liberty Box is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, but before the expiry date you can ask us for an extension of 6 months at an additional charge of €20.00
Once the 12-month period has expired (or possibly the new extended period) the box will be cancelled.
We therefore invite you to use the services linked to the Box within the stipulated period, as we will not be able to reimburse you after this date.

Terms and conditions
To use the services of the Liberty Box you must be at least 18 years old and have read the Regulations and our Privacy Policy, giving us consent to use your data.
For your stay, you can choose dates between 1 November and 30 April (excluding public holidays), subject to checking room availability.
You can also use the Box at other times, for an additional charge that varies according to the type of room and the chosen dates.
You can only make one change to an already confirmed stay: once you have made a request, you will have to wait for our confirmation by email to make sure that the change has been made.
Any extension of the stay or upgrade of the room will be calculated based on the rates of the period.
How to use the Box?
To use the services of the Liberty Box you must contact our reception to check the availability of rooms on the dates you have chosen, by writing to
info@grandhotelliberty.it.
Your booking will only be confirmed once you have received our reply email, in which we will reserve the room for you and provide you with all the relevant details about your stay.

If you would like more information about booking your stay, changes to a booking you have already made, changing the name of the Box beneficiary or any other changes, you can write to us at info@grandhotelliberty.it
